After the travel consultation, I will begin the planning and researching phase of the process. Utilizing your preferences and collaborating with my preferred partners, I will secure the best prices and experiences through my concierge travel service. This phase is where I provide my clients with the highest quality service. I am very thorough and conduct extensive research to narrow down the top 3 best options for your trip, ensuring you receive custom travel quotes that fit your needs.

You will receive three personalized proposals from our concierge travel service, each brimming with detailed information and visuals to help you grasp what each option has to offer. I will arrange a follow-up call to review these custom travel quotes together and identify the best choice for you. This is a collaborative process, and we may engage in further communication during our travel consultation to ensure every detail is just right. If you need any adjustments, that’s no problem at all. We will work together until you have narrowed down your final selection.

After you accept a custom travel quote, our concierge travel service will book and reserve all your trip components! Typically, this step requires a deposit but not the full payment, ensuring a smooth travel consultation process.

Time to celebrate! At this point, your trip is booked with our concierge travel service! We will send you the confirmation documents via email. If needed, we can create a customized payment plan for the final payment due. Our team will stay in touch to ensure you have all the documents needed for your trip. Additionally, we offer personalized travel consultation and will be available to you for the length of your travel. Create lasting memories!

As part of our concierge travel service, we will be monitoring for pricing decreases on your trip. If the price of your booking drops before you travel, we will contact the company and request the adjustment or credit on future travel. This travel consultation comes at no additional cost to you, and you can also receive custom travel quotes to ensure you get the best deal.
