Once you contact me, I will be in touch within the next 24-48 hours to set up a Consultation Appointment phone call. During the consultation I will be gathering all the details regarding your trip preferences. This helps me ensure I know exactly what you are looking for and how I can best serve you. We will also discuss my planning and research fee structure at this time.

After the consultation I will begin the planning and researching phase of the process.  I will use all your preferences and work with my preferred partners to get you the best prices and experiences.  This process is where I offer my clients the highest quality. I am very thorough and perform extensive research to narrow down the top 3 best options for your trip.  

 You will receive three personalized proposals, each brimming with detailed information and visuals to help you grasp what each option has to offer. I will arrange a follow-up call to review these proposals together and identify the best choice for you. This is a collaborative process, and we may engage in further communication to ensure every detail is just right. If you need any adjustments, that’s no problem at all. After you accept a final quote, we book and reserve all your trip components! Usually this step requires a deposit but not the full payment. 

Time to celebrate! At this point your trip is booked! We send you the confirmation documents via email. We will create a customized payment plan if needed for the final payment due. We will be in touch to make sure you have all the documents needed for your trip. Then, will be available to you for the length of your travel. Create lasting memories! 

 As part of our concierge service we will be monitoring for pricing decreases on your trip. If the price of your booking drops before you travel we will contact the company and request the adjustment or credit on future travel. This all comes at no additional cost to you.
